Orders & payment

All prices are in USD unless noted. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Orders are confirmed by email — if you don't get one, check your spam folder or reach out.

Digital pages — license & copyright

All digital coloring pages and artwork are © Kolor Me Silly, all rights reserved. When you purchase a digital page, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license — not ownership of the artwork.

You MAY:

• Print as many copies as you'd like for yourself, your family, or a close friend.
• Re-download your files from your account library anytime.
• Share photos of your finished colored pages on social media (a tag @kolormesilly is appreciated, never required).

You MAY NOT:

• Copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the files in any form, digital or print.
• Share, email, upload, or post the PDF files on websites, file-sharing services, social media, Discord servers, Google Drive folders, or any other public or semi-public location.
• Use the artwork for any commercial purpose, including print-on-demand, merchandise, classroom packets for sale, NFTs, or stock-art repositories.
• Modify, trace, or create derivative artwork for distribution or sale.
• Use the files, finished pages, or any artwork to train, fine-tune, or develop machine learning or AI models.
• Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution from any file.

Digital sales are non-refundable once the file has been delivered. Violations of this license terminate your right to use the artwork and may result in legal action.

Physical products

Shipping times and return policy are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Damaged or defective items? Email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details safe. Don't share your account or use someone else's. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, characters, copy, photography, brand marks, and the "Kolor Me Silly" name are © Kolor Me Silly, all rights reserved. Nothing on this site may be copied, scraped, mirrored, or used to train AI models without our prior written permission.

DMCA & copyright complaints

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our site in a way that constitutes infringement, email hello@kolormesilly.com with the subject "DMCA Notice" and include: identification of the work, the URL of the alleged infringement, your contact info, a good-faith statement, and an electronic signature. We will respond promptly.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase from this site. By placing an order you confirm you meet that requirement.

Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kolor Me Silly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Kolor Me Silly is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and otherwise in the state or federal courts located there. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your home country.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll change the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
