What we collect

• Order info: shipping address, items purchased, and order amount. Payment details go directly to our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see your card number.
• Marketing info: email address if you opt in to our newsletter.
• Usage info: basic analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the site.

How we use it

• To deliver your orders and digital downloads.
• To send order updates and (if you opted in) news about new drops.
• To keep your account library available for re-download.
• To improve the site and prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to run the shop — payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, hosting, and analytics. We don't sell your personal data. Ever.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under the CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@kolormesilly.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime via the link at the bottom of every newsletter. Transactional emails (order receipts, download delivery) continue as long as your account is active.

Data retention

We keep order records and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Marketing preferences are honored immediately. You can request account deletion anytime.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted password storage, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. No system is 100% secure, but we treat your data with the care we'd want for our own.

Children's privacy

Kolor Me Silly is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, email us and we'll delete it.
