Processing. Orders are packed within 2–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation, then a tracking link as soon as your package hits the carrier.
Domestic shipping. US orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days.
International shipping. Delivery times vary 7–21 business days. Customs fees, if any, are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns. Unopened physical books can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping). Email us first and we'll send instructions.
Digital pages. Because digital pages are delivered instantly, they're non-refundable. If something's wrong with your file, email us and we'll make it right.
