When will my book ship?+
We pack orders within 2–3 business days. You'll get a tracking link the moment it leaves the porch.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship worldwide. Rates and timing are shown at checkout.
What's your return policy?+
Unopened physical books can be returned within 30 days. Digital pages are non-refundable since they're delivered instantly.
My book arrived damaged.+
Email hello@kolormesilly.com with a photo — we'll send a fresh one immediately.
How do I get my pages?+
After checkout, your printable PDF is emailed instantly and added to your account if you have one.
Can I print more than once?+
Yes. They're yours forever. Print, gift, color, repeat.
What paper should I use?+
Any plain copy paper works. For markers, try 80lb+ cardstock so colors don't bleed.
What size do they print?+
Standard 8.5×11 in (US Letter) and A4. Both are included.
Is checkout secure?+
